Trained in Donna Schilder’s Job Search process, Vicki works with Job Search clients (new graduates, mid-career professionals, and high-level leaders), supporting them in finding their dream jobs through the use of both traditional and out-of-the-box job search strategies, effectively managing their personal brand, and being more efficient in taking action.
Vicki also helps businesses and leaders make the most out of their best resources by matching strategy to vision, elevating and leveraging their influence, and increasing team alignment.
With 20 years of experience in public relations, marketing, strategic communication, and management—Vicki understands the importance of building deep business acumen, effective strategic planning, and continuous progress measurement.

Vicki’s career has spanned the public and private sectors—including state and federal government, local and national political campaigns, international diplomatic events, trade associations, and the insurance and healthcare industries.
She has coached leaders and professionals in communication and marketing; non-profit and trade association leaders; elected and appointed political officials; national, state, and local government; utilities; law; banking and financial industry; aerospace industry; manufacturing; high technology; healthcare and healthcare regulators; insurance; churches and ministries; and professional services.
Vicki is an ACC through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Board Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE) and has completed Coach Certification Training through Coach Academy International (CTI) and World Coach Institute. She previously earned a B.S. in Communication from Franklin University and an M.B.A. from Keller Graduate School of DeVry University. Her continuing education includes Coaching Competencies, Strategic Communication, Management, and Leadership Studies.
Vicki grew up on a farm with eight older siblings and two business-owner parents who taught traditional values and personal responsibility. She is also guided by her personal values of faith, curiosity, and learning. And she avidly reads about business, leadership, management, and political history.
Vicki’s interests include landscape photography, horseback and motorcycle riding, kayaking, and creative writing. After growing up on a farm with dogs, cats, horses, cows, and pigs—Vicki can’t imagine a home without pets. She shares her current home with two cats and looks forward to owning her next horse.
