Karen Roussel

Karen M Roussel, ACC is an ICF-certified Sales Coach, Leadership Coach, and Career Coach, who works with sales professionals, sales leaders, leaders in other functions, and professionals.

A successful sales professional and sales leader herself, Karen works with sales professionals and sales leaders to help them create greater success.

She also loves to work with individuals in other industries to unlock their true potential and is happy that she can help her clients create successful outcomes. 

Karen received her Coach training through UT Dallas. In addition, she obtained her master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Texas (UT Dallas) at Dallas. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Fredonia. 

Karen has always had a passion for coaching and developing others. She is especially passionate about coaching leaders through change and supporting leaders in stepping up to the next level in their careers. Karen also loves helping people find a career they are passionate about and finding their dream job.

In addition, she has built and led great teams and would love to share her experiences and successes with her coaching clients.  

Karen has spent the last 36 years working in various roles in the pharmaceutical industry with 20 of those years as a leader (in Fortune 500 companies). She has extensive experience as a Regional Sales Director, Account Manager Director, Sales Manager, Sales Trainer, Sales Representative, and Sales Coach. Karen has also trained physicians and other medical personnel on pharmaceutical characteristics, including hematology and oncology drugs. In addition, she has experience working in the healthcare and banking industries.

She is also a certified Clifton Strengths Coach and is highly experienced in debriefing the DiSC Assessment and 360 Degree Assessments. In addition, Karen has used questions based on the Emotional Intelligence Index (EQ) to interview job candidates for many years.

She is trained in and has coached individuals and teams in Situational Leadership, Crucial Conversations, Appreciative Inquiry, and Positive Psychology.
