Customized 360 Degree Assessment

I will create a Customized 360 Degree Assessment based on the duties of the leader to be evaluated and the culture of the organization.

In addition, I will create a presentation on how the 360 Degree Assessment process works for the leader and also for the participants (I can present this or help management learn how to make the presentation).

I will process the survey data and put it into charts and graphs.

I will coach the leader on understanding the results, creating awareness that can improve their performance, and creating action plans to improve areas as needed.
