Ariana brings 18+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Management, Operations, Sales Training, Coaching, and Workforce Development with Fortune 500 and large companies, most notably Xerox Canada.  She has extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Outsourcing, and managing Service Delivery teams.  Some notable large-scale Workforce Development initiatives that Ariana has led at Xerox Canada include Employee Engagement, Employee Recognition, and Employee Wellness.

In the Sales arena, Ariana has been responsible for managing key accounts and delivering sales training and coaching.

Ariana studied Coaching with an accredited coaching institution, Coach U, where she holds her Advanced Corporate Coaching Certificate. She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) – Global & Atlantic Chapter.
