Reaching Consensus on problem-solving means that:
- Everyone has been heard on the subject and all their ideas have been examined.
- The majority of the team votes for the selected solution.
- Those that don’t choose it as their first choice feel they can live with the solution and will support its implementation.
- If the solution does not work well, other ideas will be revisited.
